No. OSHEM certification sits alongside whatever else your institute already delivers — there's no requirement to drop other providers or restructure your existing programmes.
Yes. If an application isn't approved, we'll tell you why in the response you get within 5 working days, and you're welcome to re-apply once that's addressed.
